Payment Terms
All visualization services are paid in full prior to modeling beginning.
If you choose to upgrade your package after reviewing the first draft, your original payment will be credited toward the upgraded tier.

Clients are responsible for verifying all field measurements prior to construction. Eric’s Woodwork is not liable for construction errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of visualization services, all payments are non-refundable once modeling has begun.
If cancellation occurs before modeling begins, a refund may be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
Upgrades are credited from original payment. Downgrades are not eligible for partial refund once modeling has started.
